We hope you love you’re THE ARCH MANSION products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) subject to the policies set forth below. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect or transit damage.

Return Policy

Item Type: Stock Furniture, Revivals, Poufs And Rugs

Return Policy: 14 Days: Many Of Our Pieces Are Hand-crafted From Natural Materials. The Beauty Is In The Natural Variations, The Irregular Distresses, Sporadic Oxidations, And Color Fluctuations. These Are Normal Characteristics That Will Not Affect The Performance Of Your Piece And Are Not Considered A Manufacturer Defect. A 10% Restocking Fee Will Be Applied.

Item Type: Non-furniture Items: Includes Lighting (uninstalled), Mirrors, Bedding, Decor, And Tabletop

Return Policy: 30 Days: Bedding Must Be Returned Unused In The Original Product Packaging.

Item Type: Custom Special-order Merchandise

Return Policy: Made To Your Specifications And Submitted For Production At The Time Of Your Order. A 100% Advance May Be Required At Time Of Purchase And Will Not Be Refunded If You Wish To Cancel, Return Or Exchange For Reasons Other Than Manufacturer Defect Or Transit Damage.

Item Type: Clearance Items (marked Last Chance), Direct Ship Artwork, Fresh Décor And One-of-a Kind

Return Policy: Cannot Be Returned.

Refund And Shipping In Case Of Damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded.

Proof of Purchase

For any exchange, return or service claim, proof of purchase in the form of your original receipt will be required.

Credits and Refunds

Taxes paid will be refunded
Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit

A redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except in the case of cash and cheque purchases, in which a corporate cheque will be issued and could take up to 15 business days to process. If a purchase is made with a rewards certificate and the merchandise is returned, the reward is forfeited, unless making an exchange of equal or greater value at the time of return. It is your responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged due to size will be refunded only in the form of a store gift card minus the initial delivery fee.. For merchandise picked up at the home, refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.

DURATION OF DELIVERY

For the readily available items in the stock, 7-15 days will be taken to deliver the product.

For customized products like sofas, dining table sets, beds and rugs, 5 to 7 weeks will be taken to deliver your order to your doorstep.

Once your shipment is ready for dispatch, we shall inform you via SMS/WhatsApp about the shipment tracking number and contact details of our logistics partner if you wish to connect with them.

In case of heavy goods like furniture and rugs, the delivery shall be made only to the doorstep/ground floor of the building. For high – rise apartments, please arrange your own labourers.

Any defect or damage must be reported to the delivery person or to us on our customer care immediately within 6 hrs of delivery.

The big furniture pieces will be packed and sent in wooden crates. This ensures the protection of goods during transport.
